For any changes or cancellations, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, your order will enter processing, and modifications may not be possible. If a cancellation request is made within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We take special care in packaging to prevent any damage during transit. Items are considered damaged if they are defective or physically broken upon arrival. Minor dents or scuffs on packaging that do not impact the product’s condition are not classified as damage.
Lost Items
We do offer reshipment for orders that have been lost in transit. In cases where an order is marked as "Delivered" but reported as lost, this could be due to various reasons such as a stolen package. To maintain fairness and transparency for all of our clients, we do not offer reshipment for items that are marked as delivered.
